- Staff of an employer that partners with the YMCA, while that employer's enrollment period is open.
- Pick your YMCA branch, then your employer. If your employer is not listed, its enrollment is not open at that branch.

- It depends on the membership type, your household income, your employer's discount and tax.
- The price is shown per pay period: that amount is taken from each paycheck.
- If the form asks whether you are a new member, it also shows your start date choices.
- Required waivers must be ticked. Optional ones can be left unticked.
- You sign once. The review step shows your signature and which waivers you accepted.
- Ask your YMCA branch. They can send you a late enrollment link for your employer.
- You get a confirmation email.
- Show the confirmation page to a YMCA staff member.
- Your application goes to your employer to set up the deduction.
- Questions? Ask the staff at your YMCA branch.
